Fine Dining at Hotel Rössli
Matthias Gäth, 41, has been swinging the scepter in the Rössli kitchen since March 2019 and arranges carefully and creatively composed dishes. These novel dishes are for vegans but also for meat lovers.
Growing up in the Nordic Germany, Gäth discovered the joy of cooking as a child at home. He completed his training in the 16 point restaurant “Kleines Meer”. Already as a 20-year-old, he moved to Switzerland, where he has remained true to his profession until today.
Gäth’s trademarks are high-quality, sophisticated dishes. That’s why he consistently focuses on regional products. His cuisine is honest and at the same time innovative in taste. Even the side dishes are never just side dishes or mere carbohydrates. Let yourself be surprised!
