Flow – Winning by letting go
Flow – A principle that can be applied to all levels of managers in the complex, rapid management of everyday life. Whoever has the “flow”, intuitively and quickly makes the right decisions without losing track.
Based on the principles of the martial art Wing Chun, executives learn to master their diverse tasks more efficiently with a clear and calm mind, and to communicate more directly to the outside world.
Chinese bargaining strategies of flexible bargaining apply to Western applications in the modern management world.
Physical training of these principles and insights consolidate what you have learned and make it tangible. Through these experiences, the flow state does not remain dead knowledge, but becomes alive and applicable at all times.
An unusual seminar for unusual leaders who want to learn how to achieve excellence and clear leadership with a calm mind and mindfulness.
The practical benefits:
- Faster, intuitive decision-making
- High mental stability and clarity
